Cancellations & Refunds

24 Hours Notice Required
If you wish to cancel your pre-paid energy therapy session, you may do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to receive a full refund. To cancel and request your refund, please email melaniediekmann888@gmail.com

Less Than 24 Hours Notice
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. This is due to the time and preparation dedicated to your session and the limited availability for other clients.
